    Special and exceptional place, I loved well-trained personnel.

    Had 3 nights in Grand Anse, spending my time here lovely. There were separate lounge and a dining area in the rooms, which made them well-equipped. This accommodation had a remote setting near golf course. The a la carte restaurant for food & drinks and the poolside bar.

    Location: the hotel was near to the different restaurants, Anse Georgette, which is the most beautiful beach on Praslin island, and three magnificient beaches. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful all the time.

    Beautiful beach access.

    Our room was overrun with ants and mosquitoes, and we felt very uncomfortable. The doors had significant gaps, allowing humidity and bugs to invade at all times. When we asked for help with activities, the guest relations manager was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving us to handle everything ourselves. To top it off, they forgot our anniversary cake which was disappointing.

    We enjoyed an very nice family getaway with 7 kids. The dining at Nest was lovely, with chefs engaging us in a mini-cooking show that delighted everyone. The beaches were beautiful, and the variety of activities kept our kids entertained throughout our stay.

    In my wife's opinion, the buggy service was a bit slow, more walking for us, especially with little ones. A quicker service would be ideal for families.
